Member Agreement

Read First This Member Agreement (“Agreement”) supplements our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If there’s a conflict, the Terms of Use control. Granvia Group LLC (“Granvia,” “we,” “us”) is an education-only platform. We are not a lender, a credit repair organization, or a consumer reporting agency, and we do not furnish data today. No outcomes are promised.
By enrolling as a member and clicking a purchase button (e.g., “Start Monthly,” “Get Annual”), you agree to this Agreement and authorize the recurring charges described below under Payments & Billing.
1. Eligibility
- At least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- Provide accurate, current information and keep your account secure.
- Use the Services in the United States and in compliance with applicable law.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
2. Plans & Benefits
- Monthly Excellence: $12 per month, recurring each month until canceled.
- Annual Prestige: $99 per year, recurring each year until canceled.
Benefits include access to courses, templates, checklists, and educational tools (e.g., budgeting and payoff simulators). Any future optional reporting features, if launched, would be separate, eligibility-based, and strictly opt-in; they are not available today.
3. Payments & Billing (ROSCA-Compliant)
3.1 Recurring Authorization. By clicking a purchase button, you provide your electronic signature and authorize Granvia to automatically charge the listed price for your plan (plus taxes) to your saved payment method on a recurring basis—monthly or annually, as selected—until you cancel. Amounts may vary due to tax changes or price updates with notice.
3.2 Billing Date. Renewals typically occur on the same calendar day each cycle (or the nearest available day).
3.3 Trials & Promotions. If a trial/intro offer is provided, you will be charged the standard plan price when the trial ends unless you cancel before the shown renewal date.
3.4 Manage or Cancel Anytime. You can cancel online at Account → Billing → Cancel or by emailing info@granviagroupllc.com. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
3.5 No Proration; Refunds. Payments are non-refundable and not prorated, except where our Refund Policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
3.6 Failed Payments; Dunning. If a charge fails, you authorize us to reattempt and to notify you to update your method. Access may be suspended until resolved.
3.7 Stored Credentials. You authorize secure storage of your payment method and use of card-network updater services.
4. Acceptable Use & IP
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, educational purposes. You may not share, resell, publish, or reverse-engineer our content or tools; scrape or automate without permission; interfere with security; or use the Services to provide competing products.
5. Education-Only Disclaimers
- No financial, legal, tax, investment, or credit-repair advice; results vary and are not guaranteed.
- We are not a CRA and do not furnish consumer information at this time.
- Any examples, scores, or simulations are illustrative only.
6. Term; Suspension; Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, fraud, or misuse. Your obligations for fees due, IP, disclaimers, and limitations survive termination.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Granvia in the 12 months preceding the event.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Ohio law governs. Venue is exclusively in the state or federal courts of Hamilton County, Ohio, as further detailed in our Terms of Use (which may include arbitration and class-action waiver provisions).
9. Changes
We may update this Agreement and will post the effective date above. Material changes will be reasonably noticed. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
