E-Sign Consent

Granvia Group LLC (“Granvia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this E-Sign Consent to enable electronic transactions for our educational membership services. By proceeding, you agree to conduct business electronically with Granvia. This consent covers agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, renewals, and cancellations related to your membership.
1. Electronic Records Disclosure & Consent
Doing Business Electronically
We may provide agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, and other records electronically via your account portal, email, or text message.
Hardware/Software Requirements
- Current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- Internet access
- Valid email address
- Device capable of viewing/printing PDFs
PDF copies are available for download in your portal at no cost.
Paper Copies
You may request paper copies anytime by emailing info@granviagroupllc.com. A $5.00 mailing/processing fee may apply.
Withdraw/Update
Withdraw consent by emailing us (processing may affect online enrollment/cancellation). Keep your email and mobile current in Account → Profile.
2. Electronic Signature
Your typed name on the form has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under ESIGN and UETA.
3. Auto-Renewing Membership & Billing
- Monthly Excellence: $12/month, billed every 30 days
- Annual Prestige: $99/year, billed annually
By enrolling you authorize recurring charges until you cancel (Account → Billing → Cancel or email info@granviagroupllc.com). We’ll give 30-days’ notice of price changes.
4. Communications
We send essential transactional communications (billing notices, service alerts) via email/SMS. Standard carrier rates may apply. Marketing messages are optional and can be opted out of at any time.
5. Credit Reporting Disclosure
Payment-history reporting to credit bureaus is not active today. If offered in the future, it will require a separate opt-in and carries no guarantees of credit impact.
6. Service Description & Acknowledgments
Granvia provides financial education courses, membership resources, templates, and checklists. We are not a lender and do not offer credit repair or guarantees of financial outcomes. Results vary.
